I took this for the first time last evening and dozed great. The only difficulty was that I took it early round 8:30. I wasn't having problem getting to doze so it knocked me right out but then I awakened up very early round 3:30-4:00. Although when I aroused I sensed flawlessly serene and calm different before so it was OK. I just prepared there half slumbering and relished the time until my alert went off at 5:15.
